Bi-metal E3D V6 volcano 3D printer heatbreak with separated titanium alloy part, and plated copper part. Titanium features small thermal conductivity that helps to keep a temperature gradient between the hot end and the cold end. Smooth surface finish reduces friction a lot.
This bi-metallic heat break is a great 3D printer upgrade to printing ABS, Nylon, etc.
The heat break is used for 1.75mm filament.
