When would you need to replace your thermistor?
- Poor contact thermistor.
- Does not display room temperature when you do not pre-heat.
- The resistance value of the printer thermistor is not about 100kΩ (+-5kΩ).
- Thermal runaway error: It is recommended to loosen the screw of the hotend block which fix the thermistor. If the fault disappears, it is the thermistor problem. If the fault still exists, it may be a motherboard problem.
