It's easy to clean FEP film in your resin 3D printer but need some time to do so. The FEP film is fixed inside the vat. So we need to unscrew the vat and take the whole thing out. And then empty the liquid resin leftovers inside the vat into a resin bottle. Usually we place a funnel on the top of the bottle and put a filter or paint strainer inside to block any possible hardened resin in the liquid. Then we use a plastic scraper to remove resin remains which stick to the vat. And the vary last step can be disassembling the vat to get the FEP film out, and then wipe off liquid resin remains with an isopropyl alcohol soaked paper towel. Don't forget to wear safety gloves during the whole process, or liquid resin can hurt your hands.

Usually, a FEP film can last for 20 to 30 prints. And its lifetime can be lengthened with proper care. And my advice is once tear or wear is found on it, no hesitation to replace it.
