Good but could be better

The printer is very good and very fast, but the Kingroon service overall should be improved and there are minor things on the printer from the software side that still have to be fixed. Also, they should have more availability in their EU warehouse. I have a new KLP1 and I cannot use it because I am waiting for a replacement part to come from China and it takes weeks.

Almost "Plug and Play" Like a Double size Voron 0 at half the price and 95 % of build is complete

Gave 4 stars, cause I had a few problems
1- you do have to put on the knobs (confusing, because the knob came with a long screw which was too long, but you should use a smaller screw that is in a different package
2- instructions don't tell you that the very long PTFE tube should hook into the runout sensor, so I cut it down and then ordered another one to make it correct
3- did the setup steps, and when you tell it to home at xy it is slamming the head against the frame ie beating itself up I did contact support after a day they emailed me back and said tighten the belts, I did and then put some green locktite on the adjustment screws and that fixed the problem

1- Left side plastic panel was broken in one corner, NOT Kingroon fault as their was a dent in the outside of the shipping box, they said they would send a replacement
